General Terms

Commission Terms
001 My Do's and Dont's.
What I am willing to draw:
Adult characters, male/female/other, any color, any humanoid species, weapon/clothing/tattoo/scarring details, nudes, lewds, NSFW, any creature/animal/fantastical beast. I can compile my illustrations in a page or two for art/rp reference containing character (front and back), outfit details, weapon details, tattoo/scarring details, detailing of notable features, pet(s) & mount(s) details.What I will not draw:
Mecha, robots, machine, high detail metalworks. Full environmental illustrations such as mountain ranges, prairies, oceans, deserts, woods and forests, interiors of houses, temples, ruins, etc.*(This does not include background work for character illustrations). I will not draw over the top fetishes, including but not limited to: Feet, giantess, small/fairy, loli, inflation, scat/watersports/vomiting, bestiality. I will not draw anything inherently political. I will not draw characters/people under the age of 18, period, end of story.

002 Process.
The process goes as follows:
-- We discuss the commission details, character(s), background, etc.
-- I will create a sketch or two and we will confirm which works best.
-- I will create a Paypal invoice and send it.
-- I will begin the process of lining, coloring, and detailing your piece.
-- The finished product will be sent when payment has been sent and processed.

003 Payment.
I will only accept payment via Paypal Invoice. I will not accept any alternate forms of payment such as Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and the like. I will only accept payment after the sketch(s) are complete and the lineart process is ready to start. If a payment plan is required, I will happily discuss such a plan, likely method being adding notes to invoices to keep track of payment increments to the full price.

004 Ownership.
I will not ask for royalties or any continuous revenue off of your designs, characters, or illustrations for things such as book/fanfic/written work covers, album covers, character/creature designs for games, comics, vtubers, animations, 3d modeling. You pay a flat price for my pieces. That is all.If my art is shown/present, you cannot claim the piece as being created from your own hand, you cannot remove, crop, or hide the watermark, if there is one. In the case for there being size restrictions for things such as banners on social media, contacts/socials/tab placements on headings, book sizes, album sizes, logo placement, if the watermark cannot be shown due to restrictions, please place a credit to any of my socials.I retain the right to post the works for portfolio purposes.
